By accessing and using PetroM, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. Refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy.

You may not: (a) use our services for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt our services; (d) transmit malware or harmful code; (e) violate any applicable laws or regulations.

PetroM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
